ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Blade Electronics products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Blade Electronics will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Blade Electronics; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Blade Electronics; or (vi) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Blade Electronics; (vii) to damage caused by use with another product; (viii) to damage caused by operating the Blade Electronics Product outside Blade Electronics’ published guidelines; (ix) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Blade Electronics Product. In addition, Blade Electronics reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
Blade Electronics’ published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.
Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original 1 year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLADE ELECTRONICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Blade Electronics retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the device or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
To obtain warranty service, contact Blade Electronics via Blade Electronics’ Contact Page or send an email to info@Blade-Electronics.com for shipping instructions. Securely pack the device and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Write the tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the device, freight charges prepaid, to a shipping address furnished by Blade Electronics.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from www.Blade-Electronics.com can be returned to Blade Electronics. Blade Electronics products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A FULL REFUND
• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
SHIPPING RETURN ITEMS
To ship your return item(s) to Blade Electronics, forward a copy to your receipt to Blade Electronics and list which items you would like to return. Blade Electronics will verify that your items are eligible for a return and reply to your email with shipping instructions.
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Items ordered on www.Blade-Electronics.com that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned by contacting Customer Service at info@Blade-Electronics.com.
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t shipped by replying to the email that contains your receipt and requesting a cancellation. If the item(s) have not shipped, your order will be cancelled and Blade Electronics will send email confirmation.
